First official weekend of the 2021-2022 high school season tipped off this past weekend and we are finally in full swing in the world of high school hoops.

Multiple top-25 programs were in action this past weekend across the country and we already had our first big upset of the high school season. Below you can take a look at which programs have shifted in our week one updated top-25 national rankings. 

1. AZ Compass Prep (AZ)
Record: 6-0

The Dragons hold their spot as our number one ranked program in our week one updated top-25 national rankings after going 2-0 in the Latitude-Longitude Classic in Phoenix. AZ Compass survived an upset over the weekend as well winning 69-68 over Dream City Christian (AZ) with 2023 PG Kylan Boswell hitting the game-winning three. 

2. Montverde Academy (FL)
Record: 0-0

Montverde Academy will tip off their 2021-2022 season later this week on November 19th verse NEFI (FL).

3. Prolific Prep (CA)
Record: 5-0

Prolific Prep cruised in their two wins this weekend at the Latitude-Longitude Classic in Phoenix, Arizona. The Crew will have a big time matchup this weekend back in Phoenix verse No. 19 Southern California Academy (CA) at the All the Smoke Classic.

4. IMG Academy (FL)
Record: 0-0

The Ascenders will begin their 2021-2022 high school season on November 17th verse Southwest Florida Christian at the Tarpon Hoops Tip Off Classic.  

5. Sunrise Christian (KS)
Record: 2-0

Sunrise Christian began their 2021-2022 high school season with two wins over PHH Prep (AZ) and Universal Academy (TX). The Buffaloes will have a high signature matchup verse Legacy SSS (TX) this Friday night at home.

6. La Lumiere (IN)
Record: 3-0

La Lumiere moves to 3-0 after defeating Elite Prep Academy 88-41 over the weekend. Lakers will have a key matchup verse Minnesota Prep (MN) this week on November 17th. 

 

7. Sierra Canyon (CA)
Record: 0-0

Sierra Canyon will begin their 2021-2022 high school season this weekend at the San Diego Tip Off on November 18th.

8. Link Academy (MO)
Record: 4-0

Link Academy goes 2-0 on the weekend during their Texas trip as they defeated iSchool Lewisville (TX) and Legacy SSS (TX). The Lions will have another battle this weekend as they face Huntington Prep (WV) at the Darius Miles Blood, Sweat, and Tears Classic in Kansas City. 

9. Wasatch Academy (UT) 
Record: 0-0

Wasatch Academy will begin their 2021-2022 high school season on November 26th at the Holiday Hoopsgiving in Atlanta.

10. Greensboro Day (NC) 
Record: 2-0

Greensboro Day took down powerhouse Oak Hill Academy (VA) this past weekend at the Battle of the Goats in Charlotte. The Bengals move into our top-10 after a big time win and will face Bethany Community School (NC) in their next matchup.

11. Oak Hill Academy (VA)
Record: 6-1

Oak Hill Academy loses their first game of the season to Greensboro Day (NC) this past weekend 56-55 at the Phenom Hoops Battle of the Goats. The Warriors are still an elite top-25 program and their next game tonight against Aim High Academy (MI) was recently cancelled. 

12. Camden (NJ)
Record: 0-0

Camden will begin their 2021-2022 high school against No. 16 Roselle Catholic (NJ) on December 17th in a North Jersey, South Jersey showdown.  

13. Westtown School (PA)
Record: 0-0

The Moose will begin their 2021-2022 high school season at The Phelps Tournament verse West Nottingham (MD) on November 19th. 

14. Long Island Lutheran (NY)
Record: 0-0

Long Island Lutheran won't begin their season until December 4th. 

15. DeMatha Catholic (MD)
Record: 0-0

DeMatha Catholic won't begin their 2021-2022 high school season until December 1st. 

16. Roselle Catholic (NJ)
Record: 0-0

Roselle Catholic won't begin their 2021-2022 high school season until December 17th when they travel to No. 12 Camden (NJ). 

17. Dr. Phillips (FL)
Record: 0-0

Dr. Phillips won't begin their 2021-2022 high school season until November 24th verse Lake Highland Prep (FL) at the Metro verse Florida.

18. Combine Academy (NC)
Record: 3-0

Combine Academy improved to 3-0 on the early season after their two wins this past weekend at the Carmel Tip Off Showcase in Charlotte. Goats will be playing in the Charlotte Hoops Challenge in a couple weeks. 

19. Southern California Academy (CA)
Record: 2-0

Southern California Academy started their 2021-2022 high school season with two quality wins over Our Saviour Lutheran (NY) and Dream City Christian (AZ) in the Latitude-Longitude Classic in Phoenix. The Rams will have a major matchup verse No. 3 Prolific Prep (CA) this weekend back in Phoenix. 

20. Whitney Young (IL)
Record: 0-0

Whitney Young won't begin their 2021-2022 high school season until December 4th verse Gonzaga High School College (DC) at the Chicago Elite Classic. 

21. North Little Rock (AR)
Record: 0-0

North Little Rock will begin their 2021-2022 high school season this Saturday November 20th verse Maumelle (AR).

22. Milton (GA)
Record: 0-0

Milton will begin their 2021-2022 high school season this week on Wednesday November 17th verse Roswell (GA). 

23. Orlando Christian Prep (FL)
Record: 0-0

Orlando Christian Prep will begin their 2021-2022 high school season later this week on November 18th verse Hagerty (FL). 

24. Real Salt Lake (UT)
Record: 0-0

Real Salt Lake won't begin their 2021-2022 high school season until November 23rd verse Tooele (UT). 

25. Calvary Christian (FL)
Record: 0-0

Calvary Christian won't begin their 2021-2022 high school season until November 27th verse Highlands Christian (FL).
