Our team at The Circuit recently announced the 2022 grassroots season will conclude August 10-13 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Today, we’re thrilled to announce the event’s official hosts.
The event - aptly named “The Circuit On The Strip” - will be hosted inside The MGM’s Mirage on Las Vegas Boulevard. Three courts will be featured in the casino’s 40,000 square-foot Grand Ballroom, bringing together the nation’s top grassroots basketball talent for a winner-take-all championship event.
Along with tournament headquarters at The Mirage, the event will also feature five courts at the beautiful Las Vegas Basketball Center located 15 minutes away. Two additional courts will be featured at Coronado High School.
EVENT STRUCTURE
The structure for The Circuit On The Strip is simple:
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
There are three ways teams can qualify for The Circuit On The Strip:
SEEDING
Tournament seeding will be based on a team’s Circuit Score, which includes the following details; overall record, shoe-circuit record, strength of schedule, roster talent, etc.
HOTEL REQUIREMENTS
The Mirage will operate as tournament headquarters. Participating teams will have access to our exclusive specialty room rate within the Mirage hotel.
In an effort to reduce the cost of entry fees and provide hotel rooms for all teams traveling, we have partnered with the Mirage to secure exclusive room rates for the week of the event. Teams will be required to reserve rooms under this block to participate in the event.
